Service Description
Applicants for Resilience-Building Leadership Professional (RBLP) certification must be currently serving in a front-line supervisor role. People aspiring to a supervisor role with two years of work or college experience may also sit for this exam. Front-line supervisors provide guidance and direction to workers. They set priorities for workers and oversee their activities. Front-line supervisors organize people to work in teams and may work alongside subordinates as a member of the team. They monitor performance and enforce policies, rules, and regulations. Front-line supervisors have applicable technical expertise and can provide on-the-job training to workers. Will provide materials upon enrollment in the course. Instructor-led courses, each curriculum module requires six hours of student prep and three contact hours with an instructor based on a class size of 10-12 students. Instructor contact hours may be reduced to two hours per module for a class of 5-6 students or one hour per module for 1-2 students.
