Monday Minute--Leadership Thought (Early Birds Get the Worm!)
If the thing you’re trying to stick to is something that you haven’t had the ‘time’ to do in the past, make it a habit to get it done at the beginning of the day.
By staying ahead of schedule, you cut out the need to procrastinate, which causes stress. Plus, once you cross that goal off your list, you can get back to the rest of your day.
If your goal is as important as you think it is, make it a point to wake up a little earlier, deprioritize the unnecessary, or borrow time from the tasks you have to do later.
Today’s challenge is to brainstorm how you could better prioritize your goal in your daily routine.
