Monday Minute--Leadership Thought (Consider This)

When you’re starting to make a shift in your life, think of it as an experiment. By doing so, you’re withholding judgment and using the beginning weeks of your habits as a learning experience.


If you set a goal and you’re having a really tough time sticking to it, use this mindset to shift the blame off of yourself and start again with different factors in place.


Today’s challenge is to practice putting this mindset to work in your goal-setting process. Consider whether there are any factors that you could shift in order to create a more desirable outcome!
